We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Investor Relations Associate to support the firm’s Energy Infrastructure Credit strategy. This role is primarily responsible for managing investor information requests, maintaining marketing and due diligence materials, and assisting with ongoing investor reporting. The position offers exposure to institutional clients and the broader operations of a leading infrastructure credit platform.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Due Diligence & RFP Management

• Coordinate and complete investor due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), requests for proposals (RFPs), and ad hoc information requests.

• Liaise across investment, product, operations, finance, legal, and other relevant teams to gather, verify, and synthesize responses.

• Maintain an organized library of approved responses, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all materials.

Marketing & Reference Materials

• Update firm- and strategy-level marketing materials, including investor presentations, firm overview decks, and case studies.

• Track and maintain key performance, portfolio, and market data used across investor communications.

• Ensure all materials comply with internal review standards and brand consistency.

• From time to time, participate in investor meetings, take detailed notes, and ensure all follow-up items are completed.

Investor Reporting Support

• Assist in the preparation and review of quarterly investor reports and performance updates.

• Coordinate data collection from investment, finance, accounting, and other relevant teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

• Support responses to follow-up questions from existing investors regarding fund performance and portfolio composition.

Other

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of content management, reporting, and workflow tools.

• Track and manage co-investment data, including pipeline activity and historical investment details.

• Maintain a list of all deliverables and ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in investor relations, product management, RFP/DDQ, or client service; experience within a private credit, private equity, or infrastructure context preferred.
  • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of private fund structures and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience responding to institutional investor diligence requests and managing large data sets for reporting.
  • Understanding of the energy infrastructure sector is a plus, but not required.
  • CFA designation or candidacy is a plus.

Base Pay Range: $130,000/yr - $180,000/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
