JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Structuring and executing the acquisition of real estate investment opportunities in Asia-Pacific

  • Conduct financial modelling to assess and support acquisitions; Present financial analysis to key stakeholders and investment committee

  • Conduct and coordinate legal, tax, technical & financial due diligence for assets to be acquired, working with advisers/ consultants

  • Preparation of investment papers, presentations and other materials, as required

  • Review transaction documents

  • Prepare regular sector research to keep apprised of updated trends and market news/information including the review and analysis of financial, market information and analyst reports

  • Assist in portfolio management or asset management activities as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate Management or a related field from a reputable university
  • Prior experience in investment management / asset management within the real estate sector is preferred
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong financial modelling and presentation skills
  • Independent and able to work under tight deadlines
  • A strong team player
