・安全、環境の向上を支援し、あらゆる予防措置を検討、実施する。
・工程及び生産設備の改善や新規導入を推進する為、製造部、プロジェクトエンジニアリング、ファシリティエンジニアリング、QA/QC、SCMと協力、相談しながら最適な生産に導く。
・生産現場で行うチェンジオーバーを効率よく行うため、最適な治具を提供、システムを構築する。また、手順等の資料を作成し、製造部への指導を行う。
・生産に関わるコストを把握し、あらゆる方法で最適化し、コスト低減を行う。
・社内外から積極的に情報を取り入れ、また担当技術に関する講習会等を利用し絶えず知識を高める。
・EHS、品質、コスト及び生産性に係るプロセス、設備の継続的改善を果たすべく、製造技術、製造手法を検討する。
・製造部が行うABS活動、TPM活動、KAIZEN活動に協力する。
・その他プラントマネージャー、直属上司より指示された業務は優先順位に応じて、速やかに対応を行う。
・Support the improvement of safety and the environment, and consider and implement all preventive measures. ・In order to promote the improvement of processes and production facilities and the introduction of new products, we will lead to optimal production in cooperation and consultation with the manufacturing department, project engineering, facility engineering, QA/QC, and SCM. ・In order to efficiently perform changeover at the production site, we provide optimal jigs and build systems. In addition, we will prepare documents such as procedures and guide the manufacturing department. ・Understand the costs involved in production and optimize them in every possible way to reduce costs. ・Actively take in information from inside and outside the company, and constantly improve knowledge by using seminars on the technology in charge. - Examine manufacturing technologies and methods to achieve continuous improvement of processes and equipment related to EHS, quality, cost, and productivity. ・Cooperate with ABS, TPM, and KAIZEN activities conducted by the Manufacturing Department. ・Other tasks instructed by the plant manager and direct supervisor will be dealt with promptly according to priority.
