Role Overview

Data Axle is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HubSpot Administrator to join our growing team in Pune. This is an entry-level opportunity, ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of relevant experience who are eager to build a career in marketing technology and CRM administration.

In this role, you will support the administration, configuration, and optimization of our HubSpot Marketing and Sales platforms. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams across our Pune and USA offices to help execute campaigns, automate workflows, and generate meaningful insights — playing an active role in our day-to-day marketing operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day administration of the HubSpot platform, including user management, contact database maintenance, and domain health monitoring.
  • Support the configuration and customization of HubSpot Marketing features such as email campaigns, landing pages, forms, lead nurturing workflows, and lead scoring.
  • Assist with HubSpot Sales features including sequences, appointment booking, templates, surveys, and sales reporting.
  • Help design and execute email marketing campaigns, including template setup and scheduling.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, compile reports, and share insights to support ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to gather requirements and assist in designing and testing automation workflows.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new HubSpot campaigns and programs.
  • Provide day-to-day support and guidance to internal users on HubSpot functionality and best practices.
  • Stay up to date with HubSpot product updates, certifications, and industry best practices.
Preferred Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

 

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in a marketing, CRM, or digital marketing role. Freshers with strong foundational knowledge are welcome to apply.
  • Internship or project experience with HubSpot or any CRM/marketing automation platform is a plus.

 

Technical Skills

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of HubSpot (Marketing Hub and/or Sales Hub) — hands-on experience preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with email marketing concepts such as segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign workflows.
  • Understanding of CRM fundamentals and contact/pipeline management.
  • Exposure to HubSpot integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Zapier) is an added advantage.
  • Basic understanding of email compliance and data privacy regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) is a plus.

 

Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail with a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams.
  • Eagerness to learn new tools, platforms, and marketing technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

 

Certifications

  • HubSpot Marketing Software Certification (candidates who have self-completed this free certification will be given preference).
  • HubSpot Sales Software Certification is a plus.

Note: Training and support to achieve HubSpot certifications will be provided after joining.
