The Position
The Associate Representative, HR is to serve as a business partner to assigned areas to support leaders and employees in the line of business through linking people strategy & performance as well as supporting organizational & cultural change management to enable & drive leadership development, particularly first line leaders. Ensure business success through driving adherence & alignment with established site & department objectives/goals, company policies/standards and federal regulations.

Essential Functions
- Coaching people managers for quality & execution timeliness for HR processes as assigned
- Provide HRBP support by assisting with investigations and providing appropriate guidance to drive manager consistency and compliance in handling performance management
- Provide HRPB support by assisting with individual development plan execution and assessing & establishing a plan of action concerning employee opintion survey results
- Conduct exit interviews and turnover analysis
- Assist in developing leadership competencies
- Conduct new employee and/or new leader orientation
- Support HRBP's with Leadership Development, with primary focus on first line leaders
- Model the NNWay, to include teaching the values, training & promoting diversity
- Execute local & corporate HR projects/programs effectively & efficiently, to include supporting fellow partners & the business through serving as a process champion for an assigned special project as needed
- Follow all safety & environmental requirements in the performance of duties
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
- 100% work schedule based on-site at Bloomington, Indiana facility
- Ability to sit at a desk
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, required
- In lieu of BS degree + one (1) year of experience, may consider an Associate's degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant HR experience
- One (1) year of relevant HR experience, required
- PHR or SPHR certification, preferred
- General knowledge of relevant employment law, personnel policies & procedures best practices, preferred
- HR IT Systems knowledge & experience, preferred
- Exposure to pharmaceutical or related technical industries, preferred

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams, required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail, required
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, required
