We're looking for an Associate HR Business Partner to support Store Managers across the West Region while gaining hands-on experience that prepares you for a future HR Business Partner role. You'll partner closely with our Director of Human Resources, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, recruiting, policy interpretation, and other day-to-day people matters.
In addition to supporting your assigned region, you'll own our recruiting process and candidate experience across the organization. From improving recruiting workflows and onboarding to analyzing hiring metrics and recommending process improvements, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while developing strategic HR skills.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Store Managers on employee relations, performance management, recruiting, and HR policies.
- Support hiring strategies and help fill open positions with quality talent.
- Own and continuously improve recruiting operations, candidate experience, and onboarding.
- Manage recruiting workflows and reporting in Paycom.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and recommend process improvements.
- Assist with talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and performance review processes.
- Build strong partnerships with operational leaders through regular communication and field visits.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1–3 years of HR experience.
- Experience supporting employee relations, recruiting, or other core HR functions preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems (Paycom is a plus).
- Ability to travel within the assigned region.
