We're looking for an HR professional who is ready to take the next step in their career. As our Associate HR Business Partner, you'll serve as the day-to-day HR partner for Store Managers across the West Region, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, recruiting, policy interpretation, and other people-related matters.
Working closely with our Director, Human Resources, you'll receive coaching, exposure, and hands-on experience that will prepare you to become a strategic HR Business Partner. This role is designed for someone who has built a strong HR foundation and is ready to grow their business partnership skills while making an immediate impact.
What You'll Do- Partner with Store Managers on employee relations, performance management, recruiting, HR policies, and day-to-day people matters.
- Support recruiting strategies and help leaders attract and hire quality talent.
- Monitor recruiting metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to improve hiring effectiveness.
- Support investigations and partner with HR Operations on complex employee matters when appropriate.
- Assist with talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and performance review processes while developing strategic HR business partnership skills.
- Build strong relationships with operational leaders through regular communication and occasional field visits.
- Analyze workforce trends and share insights that help improve employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and business results.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or 1–3 years of HR experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems (Paycom is a plus).
