The role
As our Associate General Project Manager (Business Support role), we expect you to collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in developing and implementing streamlined workflows and operational efficiencies.
Furthermore, we expect you to:

  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation for standardized processes
  • Strive to take a strategic perspective while also being actively involved in day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
  • Plan stakeholder involvement, engage continuously, and align with stakeholders based on evolving needs
  • Monitor project plans, workstream progress, and make necessary adjustments based on project governance
  • Provide support in various administrative and operational tasks as needed


Candidate profile
We prefer you have a BSc or MSc Degree in Finance, Business Administration or another relevant academic field.
In addition, you have:

  • 1-2 years of experience preferred, but recent graduates with relevant student job experience are encouraged to apply
  • Strong passion for process optimization and a drive to make a meaningful impact
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment
  • Proficient in using common project management methods and tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with business support tools and software


The team
In the team you will have approximately 12 colleagues where most of them are supporting IT projects. This role is a part of the newly established Project & Business Support function in the Design & Delivery team within DD&IT Staffs, where you will be one of three new employees working across Denmark and India to optimize processes and provide essential business support across the DD&IT Staffs area.
