SALARY: $135,000-$150,000, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:
This attorney will join the Anheuser-Busch Legal team to advise clients throughout the company on a wide variety of commercial and regulatory matters. It will be essential that you possess a deep desire to learn and grow professionally, are enthusiastic about our brands and projects, and proactively find solutions to complex problems while ensuring that we never take shortcuts.
Since this position’s reach spans across all areas of the business and interacts with senior leadership, it is critical that you take a collaborative approach to your work, have strong communication skills and present with confidence.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Trusted counsel and adviser to Anheuser-Busch client.
Supervise outside counsel in litigating commercial disputes and in protecting the company's assets and reputation in litigation.
Assist various commercial teams with all aspects of litigation and regulatory risk analysis in a fast-paced work environment.
Provide strategic guidance and assist with due diligence in connection with new acquisitions.
Work collaboratively across the entire legal department in areas such as intellectual property, environmental, and labor/employment law.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
Member of the Missouri Bar or willing to seek admission.
Minimum of 2-4 years commercial litigation or in-house experience.
Litigation experience preferred.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation skills.
Ability to work in our St. Louis Corporate office.
