Associate General Counsel

The legal team at our organization has a range of responsibilities, including analyzing business requirements to ensure legal compliance, managing contracts, identifying and mitigating legal risks, and more. As a member of our collaborative and dynamic team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to these efforts and take the next step in your career.

You will be part of a world-class, global legal team and report to the Associate General Counsel. You will support Innovaccer’s mergers and acquisitions team, and will help build process to manage legal work for corporate, securities, and governance matters.

Locations: San Francisco, CA || Dallas, TX || Chicago, IL

• Work with interdisciplinary team members to manage and close transactions;
• Work with investors, internal departments and leaders to manage security-related transactions and build mature business process for managing investor and securities matters
• Create and manage business process and workflows for corporate recordkeeping and help implement process for the company as it grows
• Support legal team on contract management and matters
• Develop and implement plans for the management of improved controls including for public company readiness and ESG reporting

• Orientation to work as a member of a team, growth mindset for continuous improvement,
• Ability to lead and manage transaction teams toward efficient processes
• Juris doctorate and at least 3-5 years of experience building transaction, governance and securities processes in a growing company.
