To deliver successful ERP implementations end-to-end
and ensure sustained customer success post go-live through structured support,
continuous improvement, and value realization. The role combines functional
consulting, customer enablement, and operational support to ensure customers
adopt the solution effectively, issues are resolved within internal procedures,
and customer relationships remain strong and growth-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Participate in kickoff and discovery
meetings to collect, understand, and validate client business
requirements, and support mapping them to the suitable SkyTech ERP
solution.
- Support the preparation and maintenance
of project documentation and deliverables (meeting minutes, requirement
summaries, process notes, UAT scripts, training materials, and handover
documents) in coordination with the Project Manager and project team.
- Support ERP implementation activities
by executing assigned tasks according to the project plan and agreed
timelines.
- Perform basic configuration tasks under
supervision and ensure outcomes are documented clearly, with early
escalation of risks, gaps, or inconsistencies.
- Assist in UAT preparation and
execution, including test scripts, defect logging, retesting, and closure
confirmation.
- Provide go-live and hypercare support,
including issue tracking, follow-up, and stabilization activities to
ensure smooth transition to operations.
- Deliver end-user enablement by
preparing training materials, supporting training sessions, and delivering
standard training content when approved.
8. Own critical functional support and critical escalations: perform deep
troubleshooting, and act as the functional lead to bridge the gap between
business requirements and technical development teams (BI/Dev).
- Handle customer tickets during and
after implementation based on SkyTech internal priorities policy and
customer SLA: provide functional troubleshooting, resolve common
inquiries, and escalate complex issues with complete details (steps to
reproduce, evidence, and business impact).
- Maintain professional customer
communication, provide clear status updates, and ensure proper closure
confirmation to support customer satisfaction.
- Attend internal and customer meetings
as required to align on priorities and ensure project goals are achieved.
- Maintain continuous learning on SkyTech
solutions, new product features, and delivery standards, applying learning
to daily work.

procedures at all times

Academic
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Accounting, MIS, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer
Science, or a related field.
Experience & Job Requirements
- Strong interest in ERP
processes and customer-facing work is essential
- 0–3 years of experience in ERP functional consulting (implementation
and/or support) in modules such as Finance, Logistics, CRM, or Manufacturing.
- Relevant coursework,
internships, or entry-level exposure to ERP/CRM/helpdesk environments is an
advantage.
