Qualifications for Position:

Education

  • BS in Engineering highly desirable

Experience

  • Two years’ of flight line experience with previous military or civil experience

  • Potential to teach, and develop technical abilities in employees as well as lead people effectively by guiding and coaching others to improve skills and achieve goals.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering
  • Two years of flight line experience
  • Previous military or civilian aviation experience
  • Strong understanding of aviation technology

  • Strong interpersonal skills
