Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate, Experienced, or Senior (Level 2, 3, or 4) Tool Integration Analyst to support Tooling in Berkeley, MO!
The Tooling Integration Analyst will support the development, integration, and optimization of tooling systems across engineering and manufacturing environments. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tooling solutions are aligned with program requirements, improve process efficiency, and support successful execution from concept through implementation.
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Position Responsibilities:
Level 2: Associate
- Assists in gathering supporting data to develop estimates and schedules
- Gathers and prepares tooling product data, presentation and support materials for manufacturing, procurement and shop-floor team
- Identifies, coordinates and process customer requirements for tooling products or information
- Assists in the creation of and updates project schedules
- Assists in reviewing and creating tooling product documentation and procedures
- Performs tooling product order processing
- Manages electronic or physical drawings
- Works under general supervision
Level 3: Experienced
- Provides project visibility to management and team
- Oversees compliance of Tool Fabrication to Tool Order Statement of Work, and the technical drawing
- Consults with customers on status and issues
- Familiar with GD&T, CMS inspection, technical specifications, tooling structures
- Ensures compliance to established company policies, practices and procedures
- Able to communicate with Suppliers, Engineering Team, and Leadership on a regular basis
- Works under general direction
Level 4: Senior
- Leads the collection, analysis, and organization of supporting data to develop tooling estimates, schedules, and execution plans
- Coordinates and interprets tooling product data, presentation materials, and support documentation for manufacturing, procurement, engineering, and shop-floor stakeholders
- Manages customer requirements for tooling products and related information, ensuring alignment with program needs, technical requirements, and schedule commitments
- Develops, updates, and maintains project schedules while providing visibility into progress, risks, and key deliverables to leadership and cross-functional teams
- Reviews, creates, and validates tooling product documentation, procedures, and order requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Oversees tooling product order processing and manages electronic and physical drawings throughout the lifecycle of the tooling package
- Serves as a point of contact for customers, suppliers, engineering, and leadership to communicate status, resolve issues, and support decision-making
- Ensures tooling fabrication activities align with the Tool Order Statement of Work, technical drawings, applicable specifications, and company policies, practices, and procedures
- Applies working knowledge of GD&T, CMS inspection, tooling structures, and technical specifications to support review and compliance activities
- Works under general direction and independently prioritizes assignments while supporting team objectives and project milestones
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Experience reading, understanding, and interpreting basic engineering drawings and specifications
- 1+ years' experience in a tooling fabrication and/or estimating role
- 1+ years' experience in fabrication tooling, working with tooling and tooling processes, or working in a technical field
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Level 2: 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Level 3: 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Level 4: 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in Microsoft Office

Experienced (Level 3): $84,150 - $113,850
Senior (Level 4): $103,700 - $140,300
