Job DescriptionThe role
The Associate Executive – Regulatory & Compliance will support the compliance function in preventing, detecting, and responding to compliance, regulatory, and ML/TF risks in accordance with the AML/CFT Framework. You will conduct file reviews and due diligence for client onboarding, assist in designing the KYC Framework, and provide FATCA and CRS compliance support across multiple jurisdictions with minimal supervision.
What you'll do
- You'll conduct multi-jurisdictional KYC reviews, due diligence, sanctions and World-Check screenings, and account verification to ensure compliant client onboarding and account maintenance.
- You'll manage KYC documentation, perform file reviews and gap analyses, recommend remedial actions, and ensure client records are accurate, complete, and maintained securely.
- You'll support FATCA and CRS compliance, monitor regulatory developments, draft and update Key Operating Procedures (KOPs), and provide timely responses to compliance-related queries.
- You'll deliver high-quality, error-free work in line with agreed timelines, proactively communicate risks or delays, and exercise sound judgment when escalating issues.
- You'll collaborate with business teams and stakeholders, support and train junior colleagues, protect information assets in line with ISMS requirements, and undertake additional compliance-related duties as needed.

Qualifications
About you
- You hold a degree in Law or an equivalent qualification, with at least 2 years of experience; prior experience in a similar compliance role is an advantage.
- You possess strong knowledge of KYC, AML/CFT, FATCA/CRS, and international compliance frameworks, including FATF recommendations, Basel Committee standards, and EU regulations.
- You can identify potential compliance and risk issues, conduct investigations, and apply sound analytical and problem-solving skills to support regulatory requirements.
- You are highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with advanced-level skills and the ability to work accurately with compliance documentation and reporting.
- You communicate effectively in both English and French and can collaborate confidently with stakeholders across different jurisdictions and business functions.
