This is a full-time role based in our Vancouver Office. You'll be providing top-notch service to our enterprise clients, helping them to navigate and leverage our platform for their large-scale projects. We are looking for a passionate individual who excels in client relationship management and is excited about contributing to the growth and success of our enterprise clients.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Fortune 500 and other high-profile clients, acting as the main point of contact for inquiries and requests, and providing customized solutions.
Product Knowledge and Communication: Stay up-to-date with Freelancer.com's products and services, educating clients by effectively articulating complex information to a variety of technical and non-technical users.
Account Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base, develop account growth strategies, and achieve and exceed revenue targets for assigned accounts.
Issue Resolution: Identify transaction blockers and assist in unblocking them, working with internal teams to resolve any problems or disputes to the satisfaction of the client. Solve issues using a variety of different mediums, including email, chat, and phone.
Documentation and Compliance: Ensure and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Customer Acquisition: Turn exceptional customer service into opportunities for acquiring new clients.
Time Management: You will be managing accounts globally, so the ability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones is essential.
Minimum Qualifications:
● Exceptional English communication skills - written and verbal.
● Detail-oriented and process-driven.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
● Excellent personal and customer service abilities.
● Ability to multitask efficiently.
● Experience working with KPIs or targets.
● Self-starter with minimal supervision required.
● At least 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, or 1 year of experience as an Enterprise Account Manager in a related field.
Nice-to-haves:
● A degree/diploma in business/marketing/communications, or any related discipline.
● Interest in tech and the startup community.
● Experience in a customer-facing sales and/or support role, particularly via phone, email, and chat.
● Experience with web-based businesses.

Compensation: A base salary of $55,000 CAD, plus commission based on performance metrics.
Location Requirement: Must be located in Vancouver or nearby and able to work in our office full-time.
