About the Role

As an Associate Consultant, you’ll collaborate with experienced Senior Consultants to deliver impactful solutions that address client needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills while contributing to innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Consultants and cross-functional teams to deliver customized software solutions.
• Contribute to the design and development of applications, focusing on either Front End, Back End, or Full Stack solutions.
• Ability to understand analysis / requirements and build / update a map to successfully deliver the appropriate implementation. 
•  Ability to manage time and tasks effectively while meeting project deadlines.

Technical Skills & Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on back-end technologies.
• Solid proficiency in Java development and Git.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, AMQ, GitOps, Kafka, OpenShift, and Ansible is a plus.
• Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Passion for working in a service-oriented environment and addressing customer needs.
• Ability to manage time, tasks, and deadlines independently.
