Primary Function:
Provides worldwide administrative support to lots having wafer map issue in different platforms. Ensure that hold lots due to wafer map issue shall be released within 24 hours. Oversee and provide technical support and training to IGS help desk team, Production, Dispatch, Fab, Assembly and Engineering. Provides inhouse support on wafer map set-up related issues in all platforms. Monitor and reduce IGS L&F tickets and perform MVSM qualification and conversion on new and old devices.
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Worldwide Administrative and technical support of Inkmap Generation System. Ensure that hold lots due to wafer map issue shall be released within 24 hours.
  • Provide solution to manufacturing, subcon and assembly issues involving wafer maps and possible quality concern that IGS is flagging.
  • Monitor, qualifies, and converts old and new products to MaxVision Sort Manager. Ensures ECN and Global Mask ECN is submitted for change route and die size correction including the GDPW update.
  • Monitor, create or update IGS/wafer map specification.
  • Provides technical support and training to IGS help desk team, Dispatch, Production, Fab, Subcons, Assembly, Test Technicians and Engineers.
  • Certify and provide IGS account to Production, Dispatch and Engineering to upload and ink map for assembly process.
  • Proactively monitors, identify root causes and drive permanent solution to reduce IGS Lost and Found ticket issues.
  • Perform Se-Probe lot import for production sort process.
  • Provide final maps for Subcon sort, Assembly and Tape and Reel process.
  • Update SOR (System of records) for the required process steps of a certain device.
  • Collaborate with US MaxVision IT on the enhancement and bug fixes of IGS/ MaxVision tools.
  • Ensure that the company’s commitment on environmental management, health and safety is observed and performed.
  • Be aware of the company’s quality and environmental policies.

Requirement:

  • Any 3-year course related to computer or information technology and administration
  • Must have at least 1 year of work experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills, computer literate, flexible, assertive, detail oriented, strong problem-solving skills, can work under pressure, critical thinking, continuous learning, must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and is a team player.
