About the Role
Analog Devices is looking for motivated and detail‑oriented Associate Engineers to join our Product Engineering and Process Sustaining Engineering teams in the Philippines. This role offers the opportunity to work in a world‑class semiconductor manufacturing environment, supporting products and processes that bridge the physical and digital worlds.
Successful candidates may be assigned to either Product Engineering or Process Sustaining Engineering based on business needs, skills, and interests.
Key Responsibilities
Associate Engineers may support different engineering teams depending on current projects and priorities. Responsibilities may include:
- Support product or process development, validation, and sustaining activities in a manufacturing environment
- Assist in data analysis, yield monitoring, and process optimization initiatives
- Participate in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement projects
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams such as Manufacturing, Quality, and Equipment Engineering
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations to support engineering decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
- Fresh graduates or early‑career professionals with up to two years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, data analysis, or engineering tools is an advantage
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to be assigned to General Trias, Cavite
