The fab transfer / product qualification engineer will be responsible in the full qualification of a product that is:
- transferred from one fab site to another, has its wafer size increased, been transferred to another assembly house, or underwent redesign.
- He/she will also be responsible in performing electrical characterization and yield analysis of the transferred products.
- He/she will also perform program debugging as well as bench characterization.
- He/she will also support the testing, validation and analysis of reliability rejects.
- He/she will review and determine the worst-case supply conditions, generate new guard-bands and test limits and will create and release test programs to manufacturing.
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
