Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Test Product Engineer to support semiconductor manufacturing operations across various product lines. The ideal candidate is self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a dynamic, global environment. This role involves product sustaining, yield and quality improvement, manufacturing support, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide manufacturing support and product sustaining activities by addressing product and test-related issues to ensure smooth operations.

  • Support cost reduction initiatives through yield improvement, test time reduction, and other process optimization opportunities.

  • Handle material disposition activities and ensure timely and accurate decisions based on engineering assessments.

  • Perform manufacturing control hit validation to ensure proper disposition and handling of affected materials.

  • Monitor product performance by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting manufacturing and test data to drive quality and reliability improvements.

  • Support new product releases and transfers by partnering with Manufacturing, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to ensure all release requirements are met.

  • Assist in failure analysis investigations and root cause determination to drive timely corrective and preventive actions.

  • Provide engineering support for LTX and other automated test platforms.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on Yield, Hold/Delivery performance, OEE, ROQ, and YRR metrics.

  • Collaborate with global teams to resolve technical issues and support business objectives.

Qualification Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

  • Proficient in gathering, organizing, and analyzing technical information from various sources.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively within a team environment.

  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule to support manufacturing operations.

Key Competencies
  • Experience with semiconductor manufacturing, automated test equipment (ATE), and bench equipment is a must.

  • Strong technical and analytical aptitude.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment.

  • Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills.

  • Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
