Test Product Engineer maintains overall product health by owning manufacturing line support, yield monitoring and improvement, quality issue management (internal/external), and product/test limit governance across a portfolio of RF products.

Key responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day manufacturing line support: triage issues, drive containment, and coordinate disposition decisions to protect delivery and quality

  • Monitor yield and product health; identify trends, run data-driven investigations, and drive corrective actions to closure

  • Execute internal/external quality issue execution: root-cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and stakeholder updates

  • Participate in product/test limits generation and change control to ensure stable production screening and clear documentation

  • Support datasheet and spec/limit maintenance: validate changes with data and align with cross-functional partners

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen test robustness, efficiency, and product quality

  • Basic product and test knowledge with understanding of manufacturing/test flows

  • Strong data analysis and presentation skills (clear recommendations, crisp updates)

  • Project management and execution discipline across cross-functional teams

  • Continuous improvement mindset and ownership mentality

  • Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing and quality processes

  • Literate in AI tools
