We are seeking a driven and innovative Process Engineer to play a key role in advancing our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will focus on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring high-quality output across all processes. In this role, you will leverage tools such as FMEA, SPC, and OCAPs to maintain operational excellence, while driving initiatives to simplify and automate workflows in a dynamic production environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and optimizing processes: They design, configure, and enhance industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certification.
  • Data analysis: They assess processes, take measurements, and interpret data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implementing quality control tools: They use tools like FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control), and OCAPs (Out of Control Action Plans) to ensure quality and consistency in operations.
  • Process automation and simplification: They work on simplifying and automating processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Risk assessments: They conduct risk assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Documentation: They provide detailed process documentation and operating instructions to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering - Electronics, Mechanical, Materials, Industrial and related courses
  • New College Graduate, 0-6 months of work experience
  • High aptitude in data analytics, knowledge in MS office applications and statistical analytical tools.

For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export  licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.  As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.
