About the Role
As a Senior
Manager in our Tech Consulting – Digitization & Automation practice, you
will play a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end finance and digital
transformation programs for mid-market and enterprise clients. This goes beyond
system implementation — you will help clients modernize operating models,
redesign processes across the Office of the CFO, embed automation, and leverage
data analytics to deliver measurable business impact.
ERP and other
enabling technologies will be important tools in your work, but this is not an
ERP delivery-only role. The focus is on integrated transformation that aligns
people, process, technology, and analytics to help clients operate more
efficiently, make better decisions, and achieve strategic objectives.
You’ll be
hands-on with delivery while also contributing to practice growth — building
client relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping to shape our U.S.

Key
Responsibilities
· Act as a trusted advisor to senior finance leaders, translating transformation strategy into actionable delivery.
· Drive adoption of automation, analytics, and innovative methods to improve process efficiency and business insight.
· Manage day-to-day delivery across multiple projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget alignment.
· Mentor and coach Managers, Senior Associates, and Associates, developing the next generation of delivery talent.
· Collaborate with Directors and Managing Directors on proposals, client relationship management, and identification of new opportunities.
· Contribute to practice methodologies, tools, and best practices to improve delivery consistency and scalability.
Required Qualifications
· Track record of projects that combine process redesign, change management, technology implementation, and data analytics for measurable outcomes.
· Experience working across multiple ERP and finance technology platforms (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, D365, Intacct, etc.), with the ability to position them as part of a broader transformation.
· Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
· Proven leadership in managing teams, coordinating multi-stream delivery, and maintaining high-quality execution.
· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

· Familiarity with global delivery models and distributed teams.
· Experience applying analytics for finance operations improvement, KPI tracking, and performance management.
Compensation
and Benefits
Uniqus is

location, and the individual’s skills and qualifications.
The good-faith
estimated base salary range for this position is: $150 – $210.
In addition to base compensation, Uniqus offers a comprehensive benefits
package, as well as bonus programs and incentives tied to individual
and team performance.
Skills Required
- 8+ years in consulting with significant finance transformation and digital enablement experience.
- Track record delivering projects combining process redesign, change management, technology implementation, and data analytics.
- Experience across multiple ERP and finance technology platforms (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, D365, Intacct).
- Strong client-facing skills with ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
- Proven leadership managing teams, coordinating multi-stream delivery, and maintaining high-quality execution.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Industry experience in SaaS, biotech, manufacturing, or other innovation-driven sectors.
- Familiarity with global delivery models and distributed teams.
