We are looking for an Associate Director (UKP) to join our team.
Role Summary
As Associate Director for the Indian Subcontinent, you will lead the strategy for student enrolment to all UK pathway partners, support the development of new markets in the region, and ensure accommodation take-up across all UK colleges is being driven by this role. You will be expected to take a responsible approach to market development, informed by visa refusal rates and BCA statistics.

Required Qualification and Skills:
Proven experience in a leadership role within the Indian Subcontinent, ideally in international student enrolment for UK education institutions
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding enrolment and accommodation targets
In-depth knowledge of local business culture, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape
Comfortable with learning and adopting new digital tools, including AI-powered platforms, to enhance efficiency and leverage autonomation
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages desirable
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
Flexible and adaptable approach, able to operate with ambiguity
Willingness to travel within the region and internationally as required
