Position Summary:
ultrainnovative – Tackle rare and dynamic challenges
Responsible for development and delivery of comprehensive training programs to help equip our internal Patient Engagement Team with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles. In addition, this role will focus quality assurance and being a resource to achieve those quality goals and share best practices with the greater team.
This position requires a deep understanding and experience with best training practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convey complex information in an engaging and accessible manner.

Remote: Officially documented as working full-time from home, with travel to Ultragenyx's offices or other locations on occasion as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery: Develop and deliver training curriculum on all Patient Engagement Processes and Procedures. Will encompass training of all UGX products, and best practices to support our patients.
- Content Development: Collaborate with the product management, regulatory, and marketing teams to create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and other resources.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement. Provide feedback to participants and management on progress and areas of improvement.
- Continuous Education: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry, including new products, regulatory changes, and market trends, and integrate this knowledge into training programs.
- Development and monitoring of quality assurance program.
- Compliance Training: Ensure that all training programs adhere to industry regulations and company compliance standards.
- Training Support: Based on relevant team goals and objectives, craft and delivery necessary training material to help ensure best possible success of Patient Engagement team and sharing of best practices in our industry.
Requirements:
- 7 to 8 years in patient or reimbursement training or related relevant experience required. Pharmaceutical / Biotech industry experience with focus in Patient Support is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using e-learning platforms, training software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel up to 30% as required for training sessions and meetings.
- Certification in Training and Development (preferred but not required).
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required). #LI-CS1 #LI-DNI
The typical annual salary range for this full-time position is listed below. This range reflects the characteristics of the job, such as required skills and qualifications and is based on the office location noted in this job posting. The range may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
This position is eligible for annual bonus and equity incentives. Actual individual pay is determined by demonstrated experience and internal equity alignment.
Pay Range
$157,800—$194,900 USD
