About the RoleWe are looking for an entrepreneurial and highly driven Associate Director – Sales to own the Pune and West Maharashtra BFSI market.
This is a pure hunting role where you will be responsible for identifying, building, and closing enterprise opportunities with banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, fintechs, and other financial institutions.
You will work closely with the founders, pre-sales, product, and customer success teams to drive strategic revenue growth while becoming the face of GreyLabs AI in the region.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the complete enterprise sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to proposal, commercial negotiation, and closure.
Build and execute a territory strategy for Pune and surrounding BFSI accounts.
Acquire new enterprise customers while expanding strategic relationships within existing accounts.
Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders across Operations, Collections, Contact Center, Digital, Technology, Customer Experience, and Business functions.
Position GreyLabs AI's Voice AI and Speech Analytics platform as a strategic business transformation solution.
Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Product teams to design customer-centric AI solutions.
Build a strong and predictable sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
Drive executive presentations, product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and commercial discussions.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, regulatory developments, and emerging AI technologies within the BFSI ecosystem.
Represent GreyLabs AI at industry events, customer forums, and networking opportunities.
8–12 years of experience in Enterprise B2B Sales.
Proven experience selling SaaS, AI, Enterprise Software, Cloud, Contact Center, CX, Analytics, or Digital Transformation solutions.
Strong network within Banks, NBFCs, Insurance companies, or Fintechs across Pune and Maharashtra.
Demonstrated success in consistently achieving and exceeding enterprise sales targets.
Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes and solution selling.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership.
Experience selling into BFSI enterprises.
Exposure to AI, Conversational AI, Voice AI, Speech Analytics, Contact Center technologies, or Customer Experience platforms.
Existing relationships with enterprise decision-makers across the BFSI ecosystem.
MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
