We are seeking a strategic and experienced Associate Director, Project Management with Oncology experience to lead the delivery of complex, global clinical programs. In this role, you will provide senior-level oversight across multiple studies, ensuring excellence in execution, financial performance, and client satisfaction from pre-award through close-out.

You will act as a trusted partner to clients, leveraging your deep therapeutic and operational expertise to drive strategy, optimize delivery, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams. This role combines strong leadership, client engagement, and operational excellence to deliver impactful clinical outcomes at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for global, multi-study clinical programs

  • Serve as senior client contact, building and maintaining trusted partnerships

  • Ensure delivery of studies on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams, driving accountability and performance

  • Oversee financial management, forecasting, and resource optimization

  • Identify and mitigate risks while proactively managing issues and change control

  • Lead or support bid defense activities and contribute to business growth

  • Drive continuous improvement and champion operational best practices

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field (advanced degree preferred)

  • 10+ years of clinical research experience, including 6+ years in project management

  • Demonstrated success leading large, global, or multi-regional clinical programs

  • Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical trial regulations

  • Proven leadership, client relationship management, and strategic thinking skills

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $102,500.00 - $285,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
