Job Description:

Job Summary

Responsible for managing analytics and player evaluation support functions for the basketball program. Leverages data, technology, and video analysis to support roster management, recruiting, and performance evaluation. Collaborates with coaching staff to inform decision-making and integrates analytical insights into team strategy while ensuring compliance with NCAA, SEC, and University regulations.


All University of Kentucky Athletics Department employees are required to conduct themselves in accordance with the rules, regulations, and policies of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), the College Sports Commission (CSC), the Southeastern Conference (SEC), the University and any other applicable regulatory body.


Essential Functions

Responsible for managing analytics and player evaluation support functions for the basketball program. Leverages data, technology, and video analysis to support roster management, recruiting, and performance evaluation. Collaborates with coaching staff to inform decision-making and integrates analytical insights into team strategy while ensuring compliance with NCAA, SEC, and University regulations.


Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree


Experience Requirement: Minimum of 4-5 years of related/progressive experience
