Job DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced tax professional ready to take ownership of a broad and influential global remit. As a trusted adviser to senior leaders, you'll bring clarity to complexity, strengthen governance and help the business respond confidently to an increasingly dynamic regulatory environment. Beyond technical excellence, you'll be a people-focused leader who enjoys developing talent and building strong cross-functional partnerships.
What you'll do
- You'll lead global tax reporting and accounting activities, including tax provisions (current and deferred), IFRS tax disclosures, tax balance sheet accounts, cash tax forecasting, transaction tax reporting, and coordination with external auditors.
- You'll oversee worldwide corporate tax compliance and transfer pricing, managing tax filing obligations, outsourced providers, transfer pricing policies, Master and Local Files, intercompany agreements, operational pricing, business restructurings, and transfer pricing audits.
- You'll own Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) and Pillar Two (GloBE) compliance, including data collection, validation, submissions, XML requirements, risk analysis, GloBE calculations, safe harbour assessments, scenario modelling, and monitoring global legislative developments.
- You'll strengthen tax governance, controls, and indirect tax compliance by developing tax policies, procedures, risk registers, control frameworks, VAT/GST guidance, audit support, training materials, ERP and tax technology enhancements, process automation, and reporting improvements.
- You'll build strong relationships across Finance, Legal, and business teams while coaching and mentoring colleagues, managing tax authority enquiries, and clearly communicating complex tax matters to stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.

About you
- You have 8–12+ years of post-qualification experience in international taxation, preferably within a multinational organization or at a Big 4 Senior Manager level.
- You possess strong expertise in tax reporting under IFRS and managing complex global corporate tax compliance obligations.
- You demonstrate deep knowledge of transfer pricing governance, indirect tax, and international tax regulations.
- You are experienced in emerging global tax frameworks, including Pillar Two and related compliance requirements.
- You can oversee the full spectrum of tax reporting, compliance, and governance activities while ensuring accuracy, regulatory adherence, and risk mitigation.

Skills Required
- 8-12+ years post-qualification experience in international taxation
