You’ll craft high-value digital solutions for engineering and manufacturing operations and enable clients to move faster, operate more efficiently, and transform with confidence. • Make a Market Impact
  Represent our Industry X vision at industry events, client roadshows, and in thought leadership forums – raising awareness of our end-to-end digital solutions for Life Sciences.

• Strategic Go-to-Market Leadership
  Design and execute sales campaigns around connected operations, digital plants, and smart asset solutions – always focused on value and innovation.

• Client-Focused Solutioning
  Partner with client teams to lead discovery workshops, shape transformation roadmaps, and create tailored proposals – from initial idea to implementation.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  Collaborate with product and offering teams to shape scalable, actionable solutions, and contribute to the growth of our Life Sciences portfolio through your domain expertise.

What We’re Looking For

• You hold a university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field

• You bring several years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting – ideally in manufacturing or the Life Sciences industry

• You have strong knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Digital Manufacturing, IoT, Industry 4.0, PLM, MES, or Engineering

• You have a proven track record of managing complex, multi-year deals and developing compelling, value-based proposals

• You are familiar with cloud-based platforms, digital services, or integrated solution models – a strong plus

• You are fluent in English, demonstrate excellent communication skills, a client-centric mindset, strategic thinking, and are willing to travel across Europe
