You'll own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and discovery through demos, negotiation, and closing - while working directly with leadership to drive revenue growth and refine how we go to market.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING 

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through demos, negotiation, and contract execution 

  • Deliver tailored platform demonstrations that clearly communicate value and business impact 

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across complex commercial real estate organizations 

  • Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting 

  • Utilize HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and internal tooling to manage pipeline and improve performance 

  • Develop repeatable prospecting systems and AI-powered workflows that help you operate more efficiently 

  • Partner closely with leadership to help drive revenue growth and improve go-to-market execution 

  • Become a trusted advisor to clients while deepening your expertise in commercial real estate and AI-powered marketing solution

COMPENSATION & PERKS 

  • Base salary: $65,000 

  • On-target earnings (OTE): $125,000 (uncapped)

Skills Required

  • Proven track record closing business and consistently exceeding sales goals or quotas
  • Experience owning the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through contract execution
  • Demonstrated success with strategic outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to build trust with decision-makers
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales tooling
  • Ability to develop and use AI-powered prospecting workflows to improve efficiency
  • Coachability, adaptability, self-motivation, and high accountability
  • Experience in commercial real estate or a related industry
