Job Description:
o Manage a software engineering team that builds, designs, implements and
maintains network security products.
o Collaboration with technical and cross-functional peers to foster
excellence in productivity, innovation and quality.Driving continuous improvement in product quality,
process efficiency and product innovation while ensuring your team remains
engaged.
o Working with product management in a collaborative fashion to
ensure that your team delivers on the highest business priorities in an optimal
fashion.
o Hiring, developing, and mentoring software developers, and
managing investments that accelerate scaling for new service offerings.
Requirements
Desired Profile:
Mandatory Experience
and skills
o Candidate must have 12 to 15 years of development
experience in wireless/telecom/VoIP/data networking domain and leading
development teams.
o Proven track record in delivering large scale
distributed systems. Must have strong experience in leading teams
working on Java/C++ programming and debugging
skills.
o Strong system architecture and data modelling
background.
o Ability to inspire and lead the team with a hands on approach on
technology and domain expertise.
o Deep knowledge of SS7 (TCAP / MAP / CAMEL) and/
or GTP protocol is must. Knowledge of SIGTRAN (M3UA or SUA) protocol is
desired.
o Knowledge of IPv4 and/or IPv6 routing on Linux
platform is must.
Referable experience
and skills
o Prior experience of building a security product is
highly desirable.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Exposure to machine learning is desirable.
o Candidates with experience on core network products
such as MSC, SBC, IMS nodes (S-CSCF, P-CSCF, IM-SSF, MGCF, etc.), Firewall,
etc. will be preferred.
Skills Required

- Track record delivering large-scale distributed systems
- Strong experience leading teams working with Java or C++
- Strong system architecture and data modeling background
