- Fluent English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle delivery of
software products ensuring velocity, scalability, and high quality.
- Provide hands-on technical direction in
architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
- Support product strategy, roadmap
execution, and solution delivery for client-specific implementations.
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled engineering
tools (Azure AI Foundry, MS Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot).
- Define and track engineering KPIs across delivery, quality, and productivity.
- Build and mentor high-performing engineering
teams with a strong ownership culture.
- Partner with HR and L&D to design training
and leadership programs.
- Oversee operational excellence, office
infrastructure, and team logistics in compliance with company policies.
