We are hiring an Associate Director of Digital Marketing Customer Success to lead the team that sits between our platform and the brands we power.

You understand franchise and multi-location marketing not as a niche, but as a real structural challenge that requires a different kind of thinking. You are consultative without being passive, data-driven without losing the strategic thread, and energized by the complexity of running a team while staying close to clients.

What you will actually do- Lead a team of Brand Strategists who own the digital strategy and growth of our mid-market client portfolio. Not just manage headcount — develop them.
- Be the point of escalation when things get complicated, and the standard-setter when things are running smoothly.
- Guide clients through the full scope of what Eulerity does: paid media, social, reputation management, local listings — and translate that into strategy that actually moves their business.
- Navigate the specific dynamics of multi-location and franchise clients: localized execution, brand consistency, and a lot of stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Expansion to make sure our clients' experience holds together end-to-end.
- Build the processes and playbooks that make the team more scalable and the client experience more consistent.
- 4+ years in Account Management or Customer Success, with a track record of owning mid-market client relationships.
- 2+ years managing a team — this is a requirement, not a preference.
- Deep fluency in digital marketing: paid advertising, organic social, reputation management, directory listings. You can go as deep as a client needs you to go.
- Experience with multi-location clients, franchise models, or distributed networks is a strong plus — if you have it, lead with it.
- Hybrid out of our NYC Midtown office, 2 days per week minimum.
- You can move fast, manage competing priorities, and stay organized without needing a system to manage your systems.
- Strong communicator — written, verbal, and in the room.

Compensation
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our company’s size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes benefits, perks and other opportunities at Eulerity. The expected total compensation range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000, commensurate with experience.
