As an Senior Manager, Client Success - New Business Media Strategy at Simulmedia, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our clients, while also taking the lead in developing and executing media strategies to drive new business growth. Your ability to understand client needs, offer tailored solutions, and devise innovative strategies will be key to your success in this position.
Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
· Work in partnership with the sales team to identify opportunities to drive new business growth.
· Craft compelling media strategies that align with Simulmedia's capabilities and resonate with prospective clients, showcasing the value of our TV+ platform.
· Identify and target key verticals within the advertising industry, devising strategies to capture more brands within these verticals.
· Stay current with industry trends and market developments, translating insights into future go-to-market approaches.
Client Success Management:
· Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with Simulmedia's products and services.
· Collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives, challenges, and pain points, tailoring Simulmedia's solutions to address these needs.
· Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Simulmedia's value proposition and product offerings.
Data-Driven Insights and Presentations:
· Package key insights and data-driven recommendations to help clients maximize the impact of their TV advertising campaigns, both pre-sale with prospects and through ongoing client engagement.
· Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to clients, showcasing Simulmedia's tailored solutions and potential for business growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
· Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Sales, Client Success, Data Analytics, Marketing, and Product, to ensure the seamless execution of strategies and client success.
Qualifications:
· 5-7 years of experience in media strategy and client success management.
· Proven track record of building compelling client presentations.
· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
· In-depth knowledge of television advertising trends and technologies.
· Creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh ideas that drive engagement.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
We're required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances of each case, but a reasonable estimate of the current base range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000. Note that this range is specific to national metro areas and that offers take into account a wide variety of potential factors considered in compensation, including but not limited to skill, qualifications, accomplishments, experience, credentials, and business needs.
