Salary Range: $124,000 – $137,000
As an Associate Director at Fohr, you aren't just managing accounts; you are architecting the future of the creator economy for world class brands. Reporting to a Senior Director or Director, you will oversee a substantial book of business ranging from $3M to $5M+, leading impactful, year long programs for clients with budgets exceeding $1M. You will serve as a strategic partner to our clients, ensuring their long-term success through operational excellence and innovative influencer strategies.
What You’ll Do
- Team Mentorship & Growth: Directly manage a team, including Senior Managers and Managers. You will be responsible for honing their leadership styles and fostering a culture of curiosity and professional growth.
- Financial & Operational Oversight: Take full fiscal responsibility for your business unit, including weekly forecasting, bi-weekly revenue recognition with finance, and driving efficient margins through smart operational oversight.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Fohr’s expertise by staying at the forefront of influencer trends and providing strong, authoritative POVs for clients and the industry at large.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead collaboration across finance, legal, strategy, and tech teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and maintain all organizational obligations.
Who You Are
- Industry People Leader: You bring extensive marketing experience, including at least 5 years within an agency/influencer space and experience managing direct reports with a track record of building high performing teams.
- Communication Pro: You possess exceptional narrative storytelling skills, able to package complex data and POVs into compelling client decks.
- Socially Plugged-In: You are active on TikTok and Instagram, with a deep understanding of platform nuances and creator culture.
- Personable & Collaborative: You thrive in Fohr’s social, human-first environment and lead with humility and positive intent.
