About the Role:

PHD EMEA are looking for a Associate Director to work in the client team on a major entertainment streaming service client. As Client Leadership Associate Director you will play a critical role within the team, taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of central workstreams while delivering exceptional client service.​ Working with the Business Director, you will have ownership of network management and campaign orchestration, working closely with specialists across the agency, and being a key client contact throughout.​

You will also be responsible for managing and developing junior team members, working collaboratively with others in the business to drive both commercial opportunities for the agency, and the delivery of best-in-class work across team operations for your clients.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client partnerships, serving as a key contact for the client and representing the client to other internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Understand clients' business goals, challenges and competitive environments to provide tailored strategic advice and recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain cohesive campaign development and delivery, monitoring and analysing performance to provide actionable insights
  • Take and oversee client briefs strategically, thinking on your feet and responding directly to challenging questions
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial management ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and meet targets
  • Mentor and support junior team members and coordinate and guide cross-functional teams for effective campaign executions
  • Stay up-to-date on current and anticipated industry trends, continuously seeking ways to improve processes, tools and methodologies to enhance client service and campaign effectiveness

About You:

  • You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing expectations and delivering best-in-class services.
  • You are comfortable presenting to clients and stakeholders.
  • You have experience managing multiple project and deadlines simultaneously, prioritising tasks and allocating resources effectively, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
  • You stay informed about emerging technologies, including AI and are open to exploring how automation and AI tools can enhance creativity, performance and efficiency in media.
  • You have previous demonstrated ability in leading and developing a team of client service professionals creating a positive team culture and driving team performance.

Flexible Working

For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
