The Role

Associate Director - Adobe Workfront Architect - IN
The Adobe Workfront & Fusion Architect is a strategic and tactical role responsible for architecting, designing, and leading Workfront implementations. This role interacts with business and IT teams, leading all activities related to the implementation of Workfront and ensuring that the system aligns with the defined business objectives. The role will be responsible for system setup, configuration, customization, troubleshooting, and user training.
Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to review processes and identify where Fusion Automation may be used to streamline our workflow for Adobe Workfront.
  • Provide guidance and best practices on setting up automation for project templates, user roles, access permissions, and other system configurations.
  • Perform consultant role for Adobe Fusion-related inquiries, providing expert-level guidance and support to both internal teams and external clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Adobe Workfront, working closely with various technical teams as necessary.
  • Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and enhancements in Adobe Fusion and proactively share this information with relevant stakeholders.
  • Serve as a Fusion subject matter expert to develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and documentation to educate users on the functionalities and best practices of Adobe Workfront.
  • Assist in developing user guides, SOPs, FAQs, and other support materials to facilitate user adoption and self-service support.
  • Conduct user feedback sessions and gather insights to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimizing Adobe Workfront usage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, IT teams, and business stakeholders, to understand their requirements and align
  • Adobe Workfront capabilities accordingly.
  • Build deep relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on Adobe Fusion-related matters.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, issues, and resolutions.
  • Identify opportunities for accelerators, innovations, process improvement, automation, and efficiency gains using automation thru Fusion for Adobe Workfront

Educational Requirements

  • University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience

  • 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred
