The U.S. Digital Marketing & Martech Transformation team is on a mission to accelerate business growth through best-in-class digital marketing strategy, execution, and innovation. As part of the Digital Growth Marketing team you will join a Center of Excellence responsible for Paid Social and Programmatic Display, one of several specialized teams driving customer acquisition and profitable growth across the U.S. Bank.

Our team leads strategy and execution across key digital channels including Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic Display, Google Video, and emerging platforms, working closely with our media agency of record and creative partners. We combine data-driven decision making, experimentation, and continuous optimization to help TD connect with customers in meaningful ways. Success in this role requires strong collaboration across marketing, product, analytics, agency, and line-of-business partners. You'll be expected to navigate ambiguity, solve complex challenges, and adapt quickly as business priorities evolve.

We're looking for an experienced digital marketer with a proven track record of scaling acquisition programs through Paid Social and Programmatic Display. You are equally comfortable managing campaigns, analyzing performance data, developing forecasts and business cases, and translating insights into compelling recommendations for senior leaders. You bring a strategic mindset, a passion for innovation, and a strong point of view on where digital marketing is headed.

As a digitally fluent marketer and natural problem solver, you'll help shape channel strategy while driving day-to-day execution. You'll develop integrated media plans, identify growth opportunities, test new approaches, and continuously optimize performance to maximize business impact. A typical day may include managing campaigns directly in Meta Ads Manager, partnering with our media agency to optimize programmatic display performance, launching new customer acquisition campaigns, reviewing creative concepts and test results, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring new initiatives to market. We are constantly planning, executing, learning, and refining to stay ahead in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

A successful candidate in this role will have a proven track record of scaling performance marketing using Paid Social, with significant hands-on-keyboard experience building and optimizing conversion campaigns on Meta.

You are comfortable executing and owning daily ad account updates on Meta, and well-versed in the latest paid social best practices. You optimize ad account structures, budgets and test plans for paid social channels. You have managed more than just Awareness programs, and know how to optimally set up social campaigns to maximize ROAS. You have experience analyzing campaign, audience, and creative results to inform business strategies. You know what performant creative looks like. You understand the role that different paid social platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit etc. play in the consumer journey. You are excited by the ever-evolving future of digital marketing. You have a strong point of view, and a drive to leave things better than you found them.  As a natural innovator and digital native, you will add value to Paid Social strategies to scale profitable growth.
