About the Job
We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Associate Digital Manager to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital media initiatives. You will also play a key role in budget planning, performance tracking, and mentoring junior team members, contributing to both business growth and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy Support – Assist in developing and executing integrated digital media strategies across search, social, programmatic, and display advertising to drive business impact.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization – Oversee end-to-end campaign management, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous performance improvement.
- Client & Stakeholder Management – Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication.
- Performance Monitoring & Insights – Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Budget & Forecasting Assistance – Support digital media budget planning, resource allocation, and revenue forecasting to align with business goals.
- Process Improvement & Reporting – Assist in developing campaign reporting frameworks, process documentation, and billing structures.
- Team Collaboration & Mentorship – Work closely with internal teams and provide guidance to junior team members.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in digital media planning and execution, with some leadership or mentorship experience.
- Agency background preferred.
Professional Skills:
- Strong expertise in digital media platforms (SEM, social, programmatic, and display advertising).
- Data analytics skills, with experience in performance measurement and campaign tracking.
- Proficiency in budget planning, media investment optimization, and forecasting.
- Excellent client management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and media tracking platforms.
Key Competencies:
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns.
