The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Associate Designer to lead and deliver high-quality workplace interiors from concept through completion. You’ll bring a strong balance of creative vision, technical expertise, and project leadership, working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to bring spaces to life.
What You’ll Do- Lead the design and delivery of workplace projects from concept to completion
- Build strong client relationships and present design concepts with confidence
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Mentor junior designers and support team development
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants (MEP, AV, lighting, etc.)
- Produce and review drawings, documentation, and construction details
- Support site activities, RFIs, and construction administration
- Contribute fresh ideas and uphold high design standards
- Champion inclusive, thoughtful design solutions
- Projects delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard
- Strong client engagement and impactful presentations
- Clear communication and effective cross-team collaboration
- Continuous contribution of innovative and sustainable design ideas
- 10–12+ years in interior design, architecture, or related field (workplace experience preferred)
- Experience leading projects and mentoring team members
- Advanced Revit skills and strong technical detailing
- Solid understanding of building codes, materials, and design trends
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple priorities
- Experience with FF&E and interior detailing
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or similar (AIA, NCIDQ, LEED a plus)
