Position Summary

Working with the Manager - Data Management and operating in the Global HR Shared Services department. Responsible for supporting HR systems globally across the LSEG and will involve day-to-day system administration for the Group’s HR systems, primarily Workday HCM but will also include benefits and other legacy HR systems. Delivers quality in HR administration transactional services, resolve queries and provides information and systems administration support to employees.

Role Responsibilities

  • HR Systems Administration and HR Case and Query Management.

  • Workday Systems Support, Interface Management and Systems Upgrades.

  • HR Data Audits of compensation related data.

  • UAT on Sandbox and Production environment.

  • Mass Data uploads of the group.

  • Organisation Chart updates and managing supervisory organisation structure.

  • Maintaining Workday user guides and SOPs of the Data Management team.

  • Handling and updating Workday Supervisory organisation.

  • Recruitment agency creations and handling password resets.

  • Processing lifecycle changes; including changes to roles, compensation, notice periods, probationary period reviews and bounty payments.

  • Running FTC Expiry Report from Workday FTC employees and following up with Managers and Resourcing Consultants for extension or end of contract confirmations. Processing job changes or leavers as appropriate

  • Collaborating closely with Payroll teams to ensure joiners, changes and leavers are processed in line with payroll timelines.

  • Running Workday reports for regular business reporting; including email lists for Comms (ad-hoc), weekly and monthly starter and leaver reports, monthly rapide report, monthly JML system reconciliation with Workday.

  • Other HR systems reconciliation and data audit reports from Workday.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Prior work experience as a HR Administrator and knowledge of processes for all elements of the employment lifecycle.

  • Knowledge in the MS Office package (Word, Excel, and Project).

  • Good interpersonal skills in English, both oral and written.

  • Prior experience in Workday is highly desirable. It is required to have experience in HR systems/platforms.

  • Demonstrable skills in running HR reports from HR platforms.

  • Evidence of self-motivation and a proactive approach.

  • Great attention to detail and well organised.

  • Ability to multi task and rise to the challenge of large volumes of work during peak periods of HR activity and the ability to take care of conflicting priorities.

  • Ability to react with flexibility to ad-hoc requests.
