About the Role
We are looking for a ServiceNow Engineer to support the build and delivery of an Enterprise Service Desk Automation and AI-Driven Self-Service solution for our client. This role will contribute to the development, testing, and deployment of multiple ServiceNow automation use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow Service Catalog items, variables, and variable sets for each automation use case.
- Build Flow Designer flows for use cases including Identity & Access, Software Access, Hardware Fulfillment, and Microsoft License Management under the guidance of the Principal Engineer.
- Support configuration of the Master Security Decision Table - adding rows for specific personas, request types, and risk scenarios.
- Assist with Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Intune Integration Hub spoke configuration and testing.
- Write and execute unit test cases for each Service Catalog item and Flow Designer flow.
- Support User Acceptance Testing for each use case - log defects, perform fix-verify cycles, and update test results.
- Assist in Moveworks conversational intent testing and Concierge notification validation.
- Contribute to deployment checklists, test reports, and administrator guide documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in ServiceNow development with hands-on knowledge of ITSM, Service Catalog, and Flow Designer.
- Working knowledge of Integration Hub and REST API integrations in ServiceNow.
- Understanding of approval workflows, role-based access, and identity management concepts.
- Experience writing and executing test cases for ServiceNow catalog items and workflows.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an offshore team setup with structured sprint delivery.
- Good communication skills for daily collaboration with senior team members and QA.
