We are seeking a Technical Analyst that will be responsible for working directly with clients to onboard their digital data into Comscore platforms and production processes, through either standardized Comscore-managed measurement solutions or direct partnerships with clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, optimize performance, and deliver actionable insights. This role requires a strong technical background, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for solving complex problems.
The successful candidate will simultaneously maintain integration workflows and communication with numerous clients. A love of problem solving in challenging situations is critical to success. Day-to-day work includes manual evaluation of client measurement integrations, conducting backend investigations into anomalous data behaviors, and consulting with clients on how to integrate Comscore solutions.

This role will be responsible for working directly with clients to onboard their digital data into Comscore platforms and production processes, through either standardized Comscore-managed measurement solutions or direct partnerships with clients. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, optimize performance, and deliver actionable insights. A strong technical background is required, along with a keen eye for detail and a passion for solving complex problems.
What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.

  • Read, understand, and analyze code written in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, Objective-C/Swift.

  • Write, optimize, and manage complex SQL queries to interact with relational databases (RDBMS). Ensure data integrity and performance optimization.

  • Utilize network sniffing tools like Charles Network Proxy, Wireshark, etc., to monitor and analyze network traffic.

  • Create data visualizations, charts, and graphs to present insights clearly to stakeholders.

  • Utilize tools like Microsoft PowerAutomate to streamline and automate repetitive tasks.

  • Understand client queries, diagnose issues, and provide appropriate solutions with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

  • Work effectively in a team environment, sharing knowledge and learning from peers.

  • Be adaptable to new technologies and changes in the work environment, including working independently.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or analytically-oriented field.

  • Proficiency in Java, Python, or similar programming languages.

  • Strong SQL skills with a solid understanding of relational database management systems (RDBMS).

  • Experience with network sniffing tools like Charles Network Proxy, Wireshark, etc.

  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for solving complex problems.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, technologies, and changing business requirements.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to collective goals.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft PowerBI and Microsoft PowerAutomate is a plus.

  • Compensation: $75,000.00- 80,000.00 Salary; Commensurate with experience.
