We're hiring an Associate Customer Success Manager, Programs who lives for action - someone who loves talking to clients, thrives on program management, and can juggle multiple assessment campaigns and hackathons with ease. This role sits at the intersection of client success and program execution, owning campaigns end-to-end from kickoff to closure and working closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Content and Support to deliver impact. Roles & Responsibilities- Plan and run campaigns end-to-end from kickoff through go-live, content delivery, and wrap-up
- Run quality checks on campaign materials before every go-live, catching issues before they reach the client
- Help clients get comfortable with new platform features and tools ahead of each campaign launch
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Content and Support teams to keep every campaign on track and on time
- Own project timelines, track performance, and flag risks early before they turn into client issues
- Flag underperforming campaigns early, with a clear reason and a plan to fix it
- Respond to internal support requests within agreed turnaround times and help resolve client or candidate issues quickly
- Keep client agreements and scope changes clearly documented and signed off at every stage
- Build strong, ongoing client relationships through regular check-ins and gather feedback after every campaign
- Send and follow up on post-campaign feedback surveys to track client satisfaction and improve future campaigns
- Keep Sales, Marketing, and Leadership updated on campaign status through regular reporting
- Track campaign participation and volume metrics, and contribute to repeat business through a strong client experience
- Spot process gaps and build simple, scalable fixes that make future campaigns run smoother
- Handle day-to-day operational and content needs - PPTs, trackers, reporting dashboards, emailers, telecalling support, and similar ad hoc requirements
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management - outgoing, proactive, and comfortable owning the client relationship
- A structured thinker with a bias for action, comfortable bringing order to fast-moving programs
- Comfortable working across time zones for international campaigns
- Willing to represent the company at onsite client events and co-host them, creating a great experience for participants
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets/trackers (Excel/Google Sheets) for status tracking and reporting
- Strong documentation habit -able to maintain clear records of client agreements, approvals, and scope changes
- Basic proficiency with presentation tools (PPT/Google Slides) for client-facing decks
- Ability to prioritize and stay composed across multiple simultaneous deadlines
- Comfortable using a CRM or ticketing tool to log client interactions and support requests
- Experience with assessment, hiring, or hackathon platforms
- Familiarity with client-facing UI/platform tools and driving adoption
- Experience in ed-tech, hiring, or campus recruitment ecosystems
- Familiarity with emailer/email-marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
- Basic data analysis skills for reporting on campaign metrics
- Understanding of workflows of logistics for onsite or virtual events
- Knowledge of collaboration tools like Slack or Jira for cross-team coordination
- End-to-end execution of assigned campaigns - from client agreement through wrap-up
- Client relationships across your portfolio, including regular check-ins and feedback
- Status reporting to Sales, Marketing, and Leadership on every active campaign
- Process improvements that make future campaigns run smoother
