ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Our Customer Success Managers work as strategic partners to our clients, enterprise level e-commerce retailers, and help them to scale their digital promotions and commercial activities and thus make their businesses more profitable and sustainable.
  • You will be responsible for the full customer cycle - from onboarding the client into our SaaS platform up to regular business reviews and renewals, being their partner through strategies and successes. By providing tailor-made analytical and business insights you will support your clients in elevating their ROAS, ROI and revenue.  
  • You will work with medium and large enterprise clients across Brazil.
  • In this role, you can learn more about the e-commerce business and strategies behind the success of top brands, how to get data insights and translate them into action points, how to create the case studies and educate our clients to adopt new approaches or platform features to become even more successful.
  • Last but not least you will learn more about cross-team collaboration within a unique culture of a company which creates the future in the e-commerce world.

ABOUT YOU

  • First of all, you should like a fast-paced environment where things change once we have a better solution.
  • You already have a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing and/or account management in connection with performance marketing.
  • Marketing Technology is your passion and you have a solid knowledge of Google and Meta Ads (or you already are an expert 💙).
  • Business acumen and data analytics come second nature to you.
  • The company culture is important for you. You want to be surrounded by smart and friendly people who enjoy working together.
  • You speak fluent English and Portuguese. Spanish would be a nice plus.
  • You are an independent self-starter motivated to have an impact.

The CSM Brazil team has 3 CSMs who covers onboarding, auditing and supporting existing clients while the Sales team covers closing new deals. The team works together, inspires each other and always looks for ways to enjoy the time together. You will be working closely with experts like Shelly, Jason, Vitoria and the rest of our superstars across the team and the company.

ROI Hunter is a product performance management (PPM) platform. The platform enables retailers to understand how their individual products perform throughout the product life cycle, allowing them to maximise their margins by making better, more informed decisions.

Common retail operating structures (buying, procurement, merchandising, marketing, and distribution) all perceive products differently, and use different metrics to manage their activities.

We see the most friction between marketing and the rest of the organisation, as it’s difficult to break marketing efforts down to the SKU level, as well as to make SKU-level data actionable in marketing. This results in the true cost of promotion not being calculated into product margin, which leads to overinvestment in bad products and underinvestment in potentially good products.

Product performance management overcomes the difficulties described above by combining product data across marketing channels with business data about SKUs to create a combined view of true product performance. This can be used to drive marketing efforts or support critical business decisions (e.g. pricing or purchasing of products).

The PPM platform also connects directly to the ad networks. With ROI Hunter, e-commerce marketers can build and launch more profitable campaigns all from the same platform.
