What You’ll Do
Roles + Responsibilities

· Lead the creative development and execution of story-driven content across digital,
motion, video, and presentation formats.

· Collaborate closely with strategy, marketing, UX, and design partners to build narrative
frameworks that tie together business objectives, customer needs, and creative vision.

· Oversee concept development, visual design, interactive prototyping, and generative AI
asset creation for brand and campaign work.

· Create and polish proposal decks and executive presentations—storytelling, structuring
narrative, designing slides, and applying animation and transitions with finesse.

· Lead the design and development of motion and video assets, including 2D/3D animation,
visual effects, editing, and color grading.

· Pitch work to internal stakeholders and external clients with clarity, confidence, and strategic insight.

· Manage and mentor a small team of designers, setting a high bar for quality, feedback, and growth.

· Collaborate across disciplines and time zones to deliver outstanding work with consistency,
creativity, and care.

· Fluency across core design disciplines: art direction, typography, layout, branding, and visual systems.

· Hands-on experience with video and motion design: storyboarding, editing, 2D/3D animation, and post-production polish.

· Expertise in building and delivering client-ready decks and pitch presentations without external support.

· Strong collaboration skills—able to work seamlessly with clients, creatives, strategists, and engineers alike.

· Strong communication and presentation skills; you’re comfortable leading a room, facilitating feedback, and navigating ambiguity.

· Proven ability to balance big-picture creative vision with hands-on execution and delivery.

· A self-starter mentality—comfortable owning initiatives, leading conversations, and managing multiple streams of work with grace and rigor.

· Proven experience in agency environments and enterprise accounts, B2B marketing, managing and building teams, pitching to executive stakeholders, winning and delivering work that contributes to business impact.

· Portfolio required.


Tools + Skillsets

· Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere)

· Figma (including prototyping, collaboration, and libraries)

· Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides (presentation design + animation)

· Generative AI tools for image, video, and text-based content (Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, etc.)

· Working knowledge of traditional and GenAI video production tools, workflows, and post-production
