POSITION OVERVIEW 

As an Associate Director, Social & Content, you'll have the opportunity to develop and execute innovative social media campaigns and create engaging content that captivates audiences across various platforms.  If you are a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for social media, we want to hear from you! 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Brainstorm and develop innovative social media strategies that align with our clients' brand identities and marketing objectives 
  • Create and maintain social media content calendars for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube 
  • Develop and manage paid social media campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creation, and budget allocation 
  • Analyze social media campaign performance and generate actionable insights that inform future strategies and optimizations 
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies to keep our clients ahead of the curve 
  • Lead and inspire a team of social media specialists, providing guidance, support, and feedback to help them achieve their goals 

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED: 

  • 5+ years of experience in social media, marketing or content creation preferably at an advertising agency or in-house marketing team 
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns that capture the audience's attention 
  • In-depth understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand stories that connect with the audience 
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with ease 
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team, fostering a positive team culture, and encouraging creative thinking 
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate social media strategies and results to clients and internal stakeholders in an engaging and memorable way

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. Pay Range
$75,000$180,000 USD
