This role supports company secretarial, corporate governance, and statutory compliance matters for Taiwan entities and regional projects. The position works closely with the Legal team (both Taiwan and regional), stakeholders and shareholders to ensure smooth corporate operations, timely filings, and effective shareholder and board communications, particularly in connection with complex project structures and financing transactions.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day company secretarial matters, including board, shareholder, and committee meetings (agenda preparation, resolutions, minutes, and follow-ups).
Handle statutory filings, corporate registrations, changes of directors/officers, capital increases, and other corporate actions.
Support shareholder management and communications, including coordination with investors and external advisors.
Maintain and update corporate records, statutory registers, and internal governance documentation.
Assist with project-related corporate structuring, financing, and post-closing governance work.
Coordinate with external counsels, corporate service providers, and government authorities as required.
Support regional legal and company secretarial tasks on an ad-hoc basis.
Assist with internal compliance, reporting, and process improvements relating to corporate governance.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
At least 2–4 years of experience in company secretarial, corporate administration, legal support, or a related role.
Familiarity with basic corporate governance and statutory compliance requirements.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
Good written and spoken English and Chinese.
Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Legal or business-related academic background (e.g. business administration or accounting with coursework in corporate or commercial law).
Basic understanding of company law and fundamental commercial law concepts.
Experience supporting project finance, M&A, or investment structures.
Prior experience in an international or regional environment.
