We are the team which provides the infrastructure and methodology to deliver impactful content to our sellers so that they are equipped with the insights to help our customers make sound business decisions.

We are looking for the individual who is competent, curious and courageous who can work effectively and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

The role of the Content Manager is broad and touches anything from concept to delivery of quality content that will be used to build a knowledgeable, trusted customer enablement community.

You will ensure that relevant content is available and accessible.

You will lead or collaborate in cross-functional teams to define the creation, delivery and governance so that they align with the needs of our customers.

You will influence how content can be promoted or re-purposed.

You will have the opportunity to define the KPIs for measuring the impact of content to revenue as well as influence our roadmap to drive efficiency and continued improvements.

It is not necessary that you have past experiences to be considered for this role but you must be process-oriented, analytical and have the desire to learn and teach.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in managing content in a B-to-B environment Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to articulate best practices
  • Proven ability to lead and be a team player in complex projects
  • Experience in content management, content creation and implementing governance.
  • Experience and knowledge in optimizing content searchability in traditional and AI search methodologies.
  • Experience in writing, editing marketing content and UX design a plus

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $95,600 to $131,450.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.

  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.

  • This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and other benefits.
