Purpose of the position:
This incumbent will be helping in handling overall features direction for both print and digital content, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders on different editorial projects to enhance the brand’s leadership position in the luxury media landscape
In this role, you will:
- Lead the overall editorial direction for features and lifestyles content, ensuring alignment with the brand’s luxury positioning and audience expectations
- Oversee the content direction and production of both editorial and advertorial features and lifestyles content, including main book and spin off
- Develop and implement content strategies that resonate with our audiences and reflect the latest trends in luxury features and lifestyles
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, creatives) and top-tier industry insiders, celebrities and influencers on different branded projects to enhance the brand’s leadership position in the luxury media landscape
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities and audience insights to continuously evolve content offerings and maintain market leadership.
- Manage editorial schedules, budgets and resources efficiently to meet deadlines and business objectives
- Mentor and develop junior members of the features team
Skills and Experience that will lead to success:
- At least 8 years relevant experiences in features and lifestyles editorial
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire creative teams to produce visually rich content
- Well organized and experience managing content strategies, especially in features and lifestyles content
- Strong relationships with a network of celebrities, influencers, industry insiders
- Exceptional communication, organizational and project management skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- A portfolio or track record showcasing luxury features and lifestyles content
Work location will be at Wong Chuk Hang office
